The Kenosha Chapter of
Citizens for Responsible Government
proudly presents the
Wisconsin State District 22 Online Debate

Your participation in the Wisconsin State District 22 Online Debate is requested.

Here is how the debate will work. These rules are meant to allow all candidates to have an equal opportunity to respond, and present their position on each question without interruption, and have sufficient amount of time to formulate an appropriate response. Each of you will be presented the same 15 questions, at the same time (via email) with the same amount of time to respond. Your responses and non responses will be posted on the url(s) listed below. The first set of two questions will be sent to all three of you on Wednesday, June 15th. You will have at least 3 days to respond. Your answers will be posted on Sunday June 19th.
Since all recieved responses will be in the form of email or YouTube video. Your answers will not be editted in any way, and will be traceable. This will allow for complete openness and proofiblity of fairness designed in this process. 

60% of the questions will be directly from the public or the candidates.
Each candidate will be able to submit a question. The result being that 20% of the total questions will be from the candidates themselves. Another 40% of the questions will be from the public. 

Your supporters are welcome to submit questions for the online debate to crg.kenosha@gmail.com .
Please remember that 40% of the 15 questions will be directly from the public.
So your supporters can have a direct effect on the tone of the debate.  I hope you find these rules fair They were designed to be fair to all. Your suggestions to the structure of the debate are welcomed.

All candidates running for State Senator of District 22 (as of June 10th) will be presented with the same 15 questions:
3 questions will be from the Kenosha Chapter of CRG.
3 questions will be from Taxpayers to Recall Robert Wirch (a.k.a. RecallWirch.com)
* 6 questions will be from online submissions emailed to crg.kenosha@gmail.com
3 questions (1) from each candidate, as of June 10th, there are three candidates (2 Republican & 1 Democrat) planning to be on the ballot for the July 19th special election.

The questions (along with the source), responses & non responses from all three candidates will all be posted at the same time. At least two questions and their responses will be posted each week, starting June 19th.  The candidates will be asked to responsed in writing (via email crg.kenosha@gmail.com) or video (via YouTube posting). If posted on YouTube, the video will be embedded on this page as well.

* Note - If more then six questions are submitted for the online entries, the top 6 questions will be determined by a panel of 3, consisting of a member of the Kenosha Tea Party, a member of the Kenosha County Democratic Party and a member of the Republican Party of Kenosha County. The questions submitted, but not presented to the candidates, will be posted on the site as well.
